This bag is really nice. I bought it with some fear though. In the discretion it says it’s for a 15.6″ laptop, mine is the16″ HP. It worked fine. It has plenty of room for cords,notebooks, mouse and files. Only gave it four stars because I haven’t used it and don’t know how it will hold up long term. Will do a follow up after I use it for awhile. The packaging was the best I’ve seen.

I’ve been eyeing this bag for a while and finally decided to pull the trigger, and man am I happy I did. The craftsmanship is excellent, great top-loading design with three large compartments. Inside each compartment are plenty of pockets, dividers, and space to hold everything you need. Exterior pockets are convenient to grab smaller items without having to stop and take strap off shoulder. Only con, and it’s likely temporary, is the carry handles are a little stiff so keep them out of the way when opening the top compartments is difficult, but that’ll probably go away over time with use.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this product.

The look and feel of the bag is great. The leather is sturdy, but has a soft feel to it. The design is well thought out and there are plenty of pockets. I love this new bag and wish I had purchased it years ago!

Update… after just a few days from the time I notified them of my bag’s problem – I had a new bag. They also mentioned they knew some bags had problems and had redesigned certain features. At the same time they were shipping my 1st replacement bag they mentioned they would ship one of the new designed bags as soon as they were available. I didn’t believe them…
Today I got my 3rd bag, the redesigned bag. It looks great. The new magnet snaps work much better. Hopefully the lining holds up in the redesign – I have no reason to doubt them now.
I think every company runs into problems at times and the way the company responds to problems says a lot. This company has blown me away with their reaction. Outstanding. How can you go wrong purchasing a product from this company when they act so quickly to replace faulty products.

I use a laptop & files bag daily between office & home/hotels plus many flights snd lots of walking in airports etc. The promise of sturdiness made me decide to buy this one -after my previous bag (Kenneth Cole) lasted just 9 months. When I was packing my bag from my home office just 10 days after delivery (with 3 days idle at my house) I noticed the flap wasn’t closing properly. I lifted the flap and saw the fabric had come apart at the stitching. So dissapointing. The bag looks good. It certainly appears sturdy but it has flaws. Talking with customer service (who responded super fast) they are aware of the problem and have changed the design or process. They sent me a replacement bag after I completed a quick online form – I had the replacement within 3 days. The new bag unfortunately is still the old design/process so it will most likely break again. However, the customer service said they will send me the new design when it is available. Beside the one flaw this bag is awesome. It looks and functions great. However – I will leave the replacement bag in the box to exchange with one that doesn’t have the same flaw. Kudos though to the manufacturer for immediate responding – they said they just wanted to get a new bag in my hand right away so I had a bag to use…. I originally rated this at 1 star but increased to 3 stars on account of the awesome service and everything else about the bag – beside the flaw. It is still flawed though.

I bought this suitcase for my BF for Christmas. Not only is the bag very well made, it looks Amazing! I was a bit hesitant to purchase just bc of others having issues with the bag. But I also couldn’t find anything similar as far as design and price. When it arrived, I inspected bag and everything was perfect. Including the very nice dust bag and box it came in. No Damage. My BF has gotten so many compliments on it and a bag this well made, Will last for years and years. Im considering getting one for my father-in-law.

I ordered this computer bag on prime day and got it today. I got this to replace one that is 5 years old and showing its age. Seriously, this is one of the highest quality, best looking, and wonderful smelling item I have ever owned.
First of all, it is beautiful. The leather smells wonderful and the materials are the highest grade I have seen. This is top grain leather and my old one was not, and you can feel the difference. The buckles are solid and beautiful. The strap is like a thick belt. There is ample room for my computer, writing tablets, pens, and plug ins. The zippers are the best I have ever seen on a beach l backpack or computer case. Even the color, a rich chocolate brown looks expensive.
I treated this with leather balsam and it is in the process of doing right now. I’m like a kid at Christmas looking at it a few times already.
And the packaging is absolutely beautiful. This looks and feels expensive and you would have their version of a Tiffany box giving this a a gift. Anyone would love this, either as a gift to themselves or someone else.
