    I”m baffled how this backpack could be priced at the high end yet be the worst quality! I am a longtime and loyal MK fan. I have 2 other MK backpacks and other MK purses that I’m proud to wear. The quality of this thing is immediately noticeable. And the smells follows with the over powering scent of cheapness. I barely got it out of the packaging and immediately noticed the poor quality of the materials. I would be embarrassed to go out in public with this bag. There is nothing inside or out redeeming about it And WOW it is absolutely huge. It’s like wearing carry-on luggage on your back. I love backpacks because they are excellent for adventures but NO NO this has to go back. I I have 2 other MK backpacks, a Coach backpack and a Kate Spade backpack and surprisingly this crappy mammoth cost the most. IDK MK…what is happening here? I can’t return it fast enough

    Love the color, quality of the bag. What I don’t like is how thin the straps on the back are very uncomfortable. Also when I contacted Michael Kors to see if they had additional support for the straps I was informed that they do not sell through Amazon so they could not verify the authenticity of the bag.
    I was not aware of this before the purchase because I can buy the bag off their website for the same amount. The only reason I went through Amazon was because I had a credit.
    No biggy still like the bag.

    It is too big for me I thought it was going to be a little bit smaller than what the picture showed but it was not so if you like a big size bag this is a good size bag
